This hotel is in a great location, close to the airport and the new metro. It is conveniently situated in downtown, making it easy to explore the city. the rooms are comfortable and well, appointed, with opulent decor and a very comfortable bed. the bathroom is amazing, and the hotel facilities are top, notch. the breakfast is good, with a variety of options to choose from. the hotel also offers an excellent pool and airport pickup service, ensuring a hassle, free stay.

Some staff members may not speak fluent English, which can lead to challenges in communication.

This hotel provided an excellent experience with luxurious amenities. the indoor heated swimming pool, sauna and catering service were exceptional. the staff were always polite and attentive to my needs. the room advantages were exclusive and made me feel like royalty. the bar/lounge area and restaurant had delicious food with special diet menus available upon request. In-room breakfast was a delight to indulge in and private facilities were some of the best I've seen. Cons: the location was slightly remote which made getting around Ningbo difficult. Other than that, this hotel fulfilled all of my luxurious needs and I can't wait to return.

The hotel offered complimentary F&B coupons, which was a nice bonus during our stay. The room we booked for our romantic escape was lovely and had a small shared space, providing a cozy and intimate atmosphere. the hotel's location, though a bit far from downtown, was not an issue for us as we had our own transportation.
